SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of humin-containing raw with alkali and reprecipitation with hydrochloric acid to obtain sodium humate by pH value brought about to 7.2-7.7. Curative dirt is used a humin-containing raw containing 80-90% Lipetzc city chloride-sulfate-sodium mineral water of the following composition, mg/l: sodium-potassium 1000-1300; magnesium 50-60; calcium 90-120; chlorides 900-1300; sulfates 1400-1500; hydrocarbonates 200-320; potassium 30-40, total mineralization is 3.5-4.5 g/l. Curative dirt is a waste of curative process. Method provides an economical and wasteless technology for preparing highly active humic fertilizers and growth stimulators used in agriculture.
