SUBSTANCE: force sensing roller of hydraulic load-to-liquid pressure converter has additional rod slacklessly getting into hole of guide bushing secured in housing. Through cross hole is made on bushing at rod end face level. This hole communicates inner space of load-to-liquid pressure converter with hole in bushing. Guide rollers on support frame are provided with flanges of height smaller than or equal to thickness of flexible traction member. Pressure pickups are arranged on outer part of load-to-liquid pressure converter housing. Support frame and load-to liquid pressure converter are installed at different sides from flexible traction member and are interconnected by hinge bolts.
