PORTABLE ELECTRONIC UNIT AND SWITCH FITTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate plural types of operation switches while a main body case is carried one-handed and to improve the operability, in a portable electronic unit. SOLUTION: The portable electronic unit provided with plural types of operation switches 13 and 14 for the main body case 1 is provided with a first operation switch 13 arranged in a position corresponding to an operation by a thumb of one hand carrying the main body case 1 at the upper face part of the main body case 1 and a second operation switch 14 arranged in a position corresponding to an operation by a forefinger in one hand carrying the main body case 1 at the side part of the main body case 1. A display part 4 is provided for the upper face part of the main body case 1 and the first operation switch 13 is arranged in the side position of the display part 4 and the second operation switch 14 is arranged in the side part position of the main body case 1, which is above the first operation switch 13.
