PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy the difficulties in the improvement of heat efficiency and the maintenance of upper and lower heaters because of the increase of height in the vertical direction of the inside of a heating furnace formed for the purpose of necessity of the maintenance of upper and lower heaters and the sheet protection in the abnormal time in a heating device for heating a sheet between a pair of heaters, upper and lower, facing each other in parallel in the heating furnace. SOLUTION: A sheet heating device is provided with an upper end open box type lower furnace body 23 storing a lower heater 21, an upper furnace body 24 of the suspended sealing structure with an upper heater 22 fixed on its mold face and a lifting cylinder 28 for a furnace lifting and lowering driving source for moving the upper furnace body 24 up and down, and a slit type closed box-shaped heating furnace 25 is formed by lowering the upper furnace body 24 and blocking upper end opening of the lower furnace body 23, and a sheet 1 is heated in the heating furnace 25 and the upper furnace body 24 is lifted at the time of abnormalities or the time of requiring maintenance to separate the same from the lower furnace body 23, and spaces for protecting the sheet 1 thermally and making the maintenance work easy are formed between both furnace bodies. |
