PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the sensitivity of a drug to the metabolism of cytochrome P-450 molecular spices by contacting a reagent composition obtained by adding the prescribed molecular spices to a specific cytochrome P-450 molecular spices deleting liver microsome in a carrier material. SOLUTION: The sensibility of the sample compound such as drugs, etc., to the metabolism of a prescribed specific cytochrome P-450 molecular spices is evaluated in the following processes, the reagent composition obtained by adding the prescribed specific cytochrome P-450 molecular spices to the specific cytochrome P-450 molecular spices deleting liver microsome in the carrier material mixing with the sample compound and incubating at 36.5 to 37.5 deg.C, for 0 minute to 2 hours, in a potassium phosphate buffer solution of pH at 7.2 to 7.6, extracting the reaction mixture, analyzing the isolated reaction product. The liver microsome is a human liver microsome deleting CYP2D6, the recombinant CYP2D6 expressing microsome, etc., is usable as the specific cytochrome P-450 spicies.
