摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve commutation efficiency by a method wherein the armature coupling cross flux circuit of a DC machine is provided under the condition of an interference-free field magnetic circuit structure and a magnetic reluctance is increased and a cross coupling flux is eliminated. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional area of an X-type magnetic circuit structure corresponds to the setting of pole structures such as a pole core 101, an field winding 102, etc., with different polarities. The interpole magnetic circuit structures of the X-type magnetic circuit structure are set between the poles by using two through-holes 103 which are gradually widened along the axes of the poles in the direction of two end shells from the center and then gradually narrowed in an outward direction to construct a cross flux circuit with the X-type magnetic circuit structure having a high magnetic reluctance. A hollow magnetic circuit which eliminates armature coupling with the cross flux increases a cross flux resistance. With this constitution, commutation efficiency can be improved.</p>
