<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost increase by a method wherein a lateral blade material made of resin formed through extrusion molding is cut to a desired length enough to adapt to the air outlet of an air-conditioner body to form the lateral blade body, and a support member is welded to the support surface of the lateral blade surface of the lateral blade body through ultrasonic welding. SOLUTION: A lateral blade material made of resin is manufactured through extrusion molding. The lateral blade material made of resin is cut to a desired length enough to adapt to the air outlet of an air-conditioner body 1 to form a lateral blade body 51 having a given length. Support members 53a and 53b are welded to a support surface 52 of the lateral blade body 51 through ultrasonic welding. A positioning groove 55 extending in a longitudinal direction is formed in the lateral blade body 51 and a protrusion fitted in the positioning groove 55 is formed on the support members 53a and 53b. Thus, during welding, the support members 53a and 53b are simply positioned.</p> |
