<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain the coating finish equal to the coating finish of wooden products and to inexpensively produce metallic parts of keyboard instruments by forming the metallic parts of baked coating films formed on the surfaces of metals and coating films of either of polyester and polyurethane formed on the surfaces of these baked coating films. SOLUTION: A chemical conversion film 3 of a chromate phosphate system is formed on the surface of keyslip molded goods 2 made of aluminum of a keyslip 1. The baked coating film 4 of an acrylic coating material of a black system is formed on the chemical conversion film 3. The ruggedness on the surface is eliminated by polishing the baked coating film 4, by which the coating film is flattened with high accuracy. Further, the polyester coating film 5 of the black system is formed at a film thickness of about several hundredsμm on the baked coating film 4. The polyester coating film 5 is polished by fine sandpaper to flatten its surface. The polyester coating film 5 is subjected to polishing. As a result, the keyslip 1 has black and mirror finished surface-like appearance.</p> |
