PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption and to enable programmable threshold value setting by weighing a threshold reference voltage by capacitive coupling and setting a threshold voltage, and generating the sum of its inversion output and an input voltage by capacitive coupling. SOLUTION: The threshold reference voltage consists of a high threshold reference voltage VTH and a low threshold reference voltage VTL, which is connected to a multiplexer MUX 33 in a threshold voltage generating circuit TH. The output of the MUX 33 and the VTH are connected to switches S1 to S7, whose outputs are inputted to capacitance elements C1 to C7, the outputs of which are connected to an inverter circuit INV3 while integrated. While the MUX 33 outputs the VTL, the inputs to the capacitances C1 to C' can be set to the VTH or VHL by switching the switches S1 to S7 and C31 can be connected to the VTH, VTL, ro INV3 by switching the MUX 33, so that the output V0 of the INV3 can be switched and adjusted. |
