PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To artificially generate gradation through the use of a visual characteristic and to improve the contrast of an outline part in the processor of an image whose number of gradations is large and whose contrast is poor, which is used for an image processor used for the image-pickup device of visible information or invisible information and various tomograph devices. SOLUTION: An object 1 is image-picked up by an infrared image-pickup device 2. A signal processor 3 differentiates it twice, and executes an inversion processing, and a band-pass filter processing. A viewer can view a signal which is signal-processed through a regular display device 5. The signal processor is provided with a band-pass filter center pass frequency adjusting means constituted of a switch and a volume. The center frequency of the band-pass filter can be changed arbitrarily, while the image is viewed. |
