<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source control device that attains reduction of the power consumption. SOLUTION: When an operator stops an operation for moving a mouse 1, an X encoder 11 and a Y encoder 12 stop the output of a pulse signal. A control part 18 starts up a timer 16 on the basis of a stop of an output of the pulse signal from the X encoder 11 and the Y encoder 12. When a preset time has passed after start-up of the timer 16, the timer 16 outputs a timing signal to the control part 18. The control part 18 controls a power source part 15 on the basis of the timing signal from the timer 15 so that a rating power supplies from a battery 14 lowers to a specified power. When the mouse 1 is moved or a mouse button 10 is clicked by the operator before the preset time passes after the timer 16 is started up, the control part 18 stops the timer 16 and keeps the power from the battery 14 the rating one.</p> |
