<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and safety while traffic by pedestrians and running vehicles is not obstructed. SOLUTION: A joint box 11 with which an overhead cable 2 suspended on a pole 1 is branched into a plurality of branch cables, and a vertical moving means 12 which is fixed to the higher part H of the pole 1 and mover the joint box 11 vertically between the higher part H and the lower part L, are provided. The vertical moving means 12 has a parallel linkage mechanism 23 which is so provided as to have two sets of arms 21 and 22 which are respectively composed of two links 20A and 20B each of which has one turning pair moved in parallel with each other, while the joint box 11 is moved vertically. Further, the vertical moving means 12 has a deceleration mechanism which decelerates the descending speed of the joint box 11 when it is pulled down. Moreover, the vertical moving means 12 has an ascending assist mechanism which relieves the joint box 11 of its own weight applied to the box 11 when it is pushed up.</p> |
