摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional heat-working device for heat-working matter to be worked high precisely with heated nichrome wire at high speed, a nichrome wire molding device for molding nichrome wire to be used in the three-dimensional heat-working device into an arbitrary shape, and a worked matter manufacturing device for manufacturing matter to be worked by the three-dimensional heat-working device. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional heat-working device 1 includes matter 7 to be worked that is fixed and supported on the table, and the heat-working tool 5 of a nichrome wire 8 having a shape suitable for the heat-work of three-dimensional working matter to be manufactured that is affixed to the distal end of a horizontal surface rotational mechanism 4. The three dimensional heat-working device 1 operates to heat the nichrome wire 8 to a predetermined temperature and position the heat-working tool 5 on the matter to be worked by a rectangular coordinate robot 2. The three-dimensional heat-working device 1 creates a constant velocity working locus by driving the arm 3 of the rectangular coordinate robot 2 and horizontal surface rotational mechanism 4 in conformity with the shape of three- dimensional working matter to be manufactured and, as the matter 7 to be worked is heat cut by the nichrome wire 8 of the heat-working tool 5 and the matter 7 to be worked is heat cut to the cutting terminal, permits the arm 3 to be moved for extracting the nichrome wire 8 from the matter 7 to be worked, resulting in the completion of manufacturing of the three-dimensional working matter.
