PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking of a sheet having excellent heat-fusibility. SOLUTION: This waterproof sheet is obtained by adding 1-20 pts.wt. of inorganic powder to 100 pts.wt. of a polymer alloy composition obtained by melt-blending hydrogenated SBR with a polyolefin polymer and molting to a sheet-like. The surface of the waterproof sheet is measured by an electron microscope reflected electron-type surface roughness tester capable of detecting from four directions and resultant every signal amounts are subjected to a frequency analysis to obtain the surface roughness corresponding to real unevenness, then an index P of the roughness in dividing a scanned image at 1,500-3,000μm total length as waves of 2-256 Hz frequency is made to be 5-50.
