PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet insuring its adhesion and fixation to the skin with high wrinkle-smoothing effect. SOLUTION: This wrinkle-smoothing adhesive sheet is obtained by laminating a substrate layer 2 with an adhesive sheet 3 which, in turn, is conjugated with a release sheet 4; wherein the substrate layer 2 has each specified air permeability and flexibility; and the adhesive layer 3 is composed of a water-soluble or water-swellable polymeric material with a complex modulus of 5×10<6> to 5×10<9> dyne/cm<2> at 35 deg.C and 1 Hz at 0.1% strain, consisting mainly of e.g. N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymer.
