<p>A pallet made of corrugated boards and constructed by a method where a W-structure body is prepared by folding a W-structure member made up of opening parts for insertion of a fork and folding lines an auxiliary material is inserted into the opening parts of the W-structure body, an adhesive is applied to the ridge-line section of the W-structure body, the W-structure body is interposed between a top plate and a base plate and joined thereto, side-wall flaps provided continuously with the top plate and the base plate are bent and the side-wall flaps of the top plate and the base plate are joined with the adhesive. The pallet constructed of the W-structure body has excellent performances such as pressure resistance strength, bending strength, shear strength and resistance to a biased load which are weakpoints of conventional pallets made of corrugated fiberboards. The strength and the size of the pallet of this invention can be set arbitrarily, and since it is light in weight and has a simple structure, the manufacturing cost thereof is low.</p> |
