FIELD: leather industry; stretching of semi-finished goods of leather and like materials. SUBSTANCE: device has working support surface with fixing members, clamp with body and secured axle on which turnable clamping lip is hinge mounted and torsional spring with loop secured on housing and with ends engaging with turnable clamping lip. Device has attachment member for connecting clamp with fixing member on working support surface. Turnable lip has clamping surface at side of working support surface and is installed for engagement with the latter when fixing the clamp. EFFECT: increased capacity, enlarged operating capabilities. 7 dwg
