发明名称 PRODUCTION OF FLAME RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject composition good in feed stability in production and excellent in rigidity, impact properties and dispersibility by including a powder prepared by premixing and precompressing a scaly inorganic powder with a fibrillated polytetrafluoroethylene in a thermoplastic resin and a flame retardant. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (B) 1-30 pts.wt. flame retardant (e.g. triphenyl phosphate), (C) 1-100 pts.wt. scaly inorganic powder (e.g. tale or mica) and (D) 0.05-3 pts.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene having a fibrillating ability in (A) preferably 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (e.g. an aromatic polycarbonate resin or a polymer alloy of the aromatic polycarbonate and an ABS resin). In this pcocess, a premixed and precompressed product prepared by premixing and precompressing the components C with D and having 0.3-0.9, preferably 0.4-0.8 bulk specific gravity is used.
