<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor which can be improved in sensitivity without making its constitution complicated. SOLUTION: The torque sensor is provided with the constituent members 21, 23, and 31 of a magnetic circuit having surfaces 21a' and 23a', 21' and 31c', and 23' and 31b' which respectively face each other through air gaps A1, A2, and A3. The torque sensor can detect torque based on the variation of the magnetic reluctance of the magnetic circuit. On at least one of the surfaces 21a' and 23a', 21' and 31c', and 23' and 31b' respectively face each other through the air gaps A1, A2, and A3, recessing and projecting sections having sharp sections S are provided so that the surface roughness of the surface may become higher than that of the surrounding surface.</p> |
