摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and weight reduction of a high frequency transmission line and a dielectric resonator and to efficiently improve a loss characteristic by providing one or a plurality of intervals for the edge part of an electrode along the edge part. SOLUTION: A grounding electrode 2 is formed on the lower face of a dielectric 1, while micro strip line electrodes 3 and 3' are formed on the upper face of the dielectric 1. A plurality of intervals 4 are provided for the edge parts of the micro strip line electrode 3 so as to constitute the thin electrode parts 3'. Such micro strip line electrodes 3 and 3' can be formed by a thick film printing method or by providing the intervals 4 through a variety of patterning methods of etching and the like after forming an electrode film on the entire surface. The stip line electrodes 3 and 3' can be formed by superonducting films. Current is concentrated on the edge parts of the electrodes 3 and 3' but it is distributed to plural parts as a whole. Thus, maximum current density is suppressed.</p>
