The pumping unit consists of a body (100) in which turns a rotor (200) providing a liaison between the entry (E) and the exit (S) ports. Inside the rotor is a through hole (210) in which reciprocates a piston (300) as the rotor rotates to transfer the material being pumped from the entry to the exit ports. This action is caused by an offset rotating disc (400) driven at the same speed, containing an offset drive peg (410), which is connected to the piston (300).
