<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a contact area of the outside air thereby preventing evaporation of contained components and dissolution into a reagent from the other evaporated reagent in the vicinity by storing the reagent in a container in which a cylinder extends from a mouth part in a direction to a bottom face inside the container and is open inside the container. SOLUTION: A reagent is one that contains a component to evaporate such as a reduction substance, sodium azide, hydrogen azide or the like azide, etc., and deteriorates a function of a neighbouring reagent when the evaporating component dissolves in the other neighbouring reagent. The reagent deteriorated in function is, for instance, thorinder reagent containing an aniline derivative such as N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3 or the like, etc. The reagent is stored in a container in which a cylinder extends from a mouth part in a direction to a bottom face in the container and is open in the container. The cylinder and mouth part of the container hold a small gap or are kept in tight contact, so that the outside air is prevented from entering the interior of the container. The container is formed of, e.g. synthetic resin or the like material.</p> |
