OBJECT DETECTOR FOR VEHICLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect even an object existing at the lower side of a vehicle while a vehicle is stopping. SOLUTION: An obstacle detecting device is provided with sensor electrode 10a and 10c, and a circuit part 15 connected with the electrodes 10a and 10c, and an object is detected by the circuit 15 according to the change of input impedance formed between the sensor electrodes and the object. This device is attached to the lower side of the vehicle so that the object detecting direction of a sensor electrode unit 10 constituted of the sensor electrodes 10a and 10c can be directed toward a ground side.
