摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total energy consumption by constructing an input fuzzy variable based on a measured variable and deciding a control instruction corresponding to one operation state in the finite set of prescribed operation states. SOLUTION: The variable for indicating a compressed air blow to be manufactured, a pressure P andΔP/t (they are measured by a pressure sensor) are inputted to an input interface 74 designed so as to convert the measured variables into the input fuzzy variables based on data supplied by a knowledge base 76 stored in an automatic controller. The decided fuzzy variables are then inputted to a logical unit 78 designed so as to process them. There, based on the input fuzzy variables and the data provided in the knowledge base 76, the logical unit 78 prepares output fuzzy variables and they are sent to an output interface 80. Then, the control instruction corresponding to one operation state in the finite set of the prescribed operation states is decided from the output fuzzy variables.
