FIELD: equipment for hydraulic classification of granular materials used for concentration of mineral raw materials in mining, construction material and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: classifier section has housing and basic hydraulic mixture inlet branch pipe and clarified pulp discharge branch pipe, which are disposed on opposite sides of housing, conical bottom with classification product outlet pipe, parallel plates fixed inside housing in inclined position one above the other, and dispensing pipes adapted for supplying of delivery water and positioned below classification chambers. Inclined plates in lower chamber are positioned perpendicular to inclined plates in upper chamber. Apparatus is further equipped with vibration exciter. Inclined plates are mounted for movement relative to housing and connected with vibration exciter. EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved extraction of useful component of raw mineral material. 3 cl, 7 dwg |
