METHOD OF EXTRACTION OF LEAD FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS

FIELD: nonferrous and ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: oleic acid/triethanolamine (10-12 and 4.5-6.0 wt %, respectively) mixture is used as extractant effective within pH range 4-8, optimal pH value being continuously controlled for no longer than 1 hr. For extraction, special-kind grease containing inert diluent (the rest of extractant) is also useful. EFFECT: reduced cost of operation.
