摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deformation at the tip part of the shape steel by a mechanism that blocks which are installed in a closest distance on the outlet side of a finishing mill and which come into contact with a material to be rolled from the four sides of the upper and lower and left and right, are equipped with rollers turning by nondriving and have contact surfaces similar to the caliber of the material. SOLUTION: The blocks 4 constructing the straightening device for the deformation at the tip part by the rolling mill, are installed to the rearward of a rolling-in preventing guide for the material of rolling rolls performing finish rolling, have the contact surfaces similar to the caliber of the rolling rolls, and are equipped with restraint rollers 5 turning by nondriving. Setting making the contact surfaces with the material 3 of the blocks 4 coordinate to the rolling-in preventing guide for the material of the rolling rolls, is performed by operating vertical moving mechanism 7 and traverse moving mechanism 8 so that the material 3 after the finish rolling is restricted from the upper and lower and left and right on the blocks 4 and so that the blocks 4 are restricted in a position where the material 3 is not bent. The positions of the blocks 4 are moved up and down and to left and right according to the quantity of the projected bend.
