PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce discharge pressure pulsation. SOLUTION: In a swash plate-type piston pump for supplying oil from a discharge port 9 side to a pocket 11 of a hydrostatic bearing behind a swash plate 7 to an opening part 12A of an oil supplying passage 12 communicated with the pocket 11, through a hollow part of a piston, a through hole 6A of a piston shoe and a pocket 6B, the opening part 12A is formed in such a position as to be communicated with the piston only when the piston to be communicated with the oil supplying part is in the range from the center line for dividing the swash plate to the discharge side and the suction side to the sliding direction and in the range of the angleθexpressed by (360/2Z).(2i-1)<θ<(360/2z).2i (where z is the number of pistons, (i) is a natural number, and 0<θ<180).
