PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine particles for spacer capable of uniformly spraying on a substrate, having excellent elastic properties and uniform particle size. SOLUTION: This organopolysiloxane fine particles mainly comprising polysioxane having (a) hydrocarbon groups and (b) OH groups directly bonded to siliconl atoms in the particles, in which (i) carbons contained in the hydrocarbon groups directly bonding to silicon atoms is 5 to 35 wt.%. based on the weight of the particles, (ii) OH groups directly bonding to silicon atoms is 1 to 8 meq/g based on the weight of the particles, and manifests (iii) 150 to 900 kg/ mm<2> of compressive elasticity modulus at 10% compression, (iv)the dispersion of the compressive elasticity modulus at 10% compression is in the±20% range of the average of the compressive elasticity modulus at 10% compression, (v) 20 to 60% of average compressive strain rate (Cr)<m> , (vi) 60 to 90% of average elastic recovery (Rt)<m> , (vii) 0.5 to 50μm of the average particle size.
