PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abuse of user codes by inhibiting registration of a code and inhibiting registered codes when the same code as the code already registered is entered in the case of registering a user code. SOLUTION: The terminal equipment is provided with a storage means 5 that stores pluralities of user codes and with a control means 1 that informs an accessing user of disabled registration of entered codes and of inhibiting the registered code when the same user code as the entered code alreay stored in the storage means 5. Furthermore, the storage means 5 stores a password corresponding to each user code, and the control means 1 informs an accessing person of disabled communication when the same code as the user code set to an inhibited state is entered at the start of communication, but the registration of the user code is able to be revised when the password stored in the storage means 5 is entered corresponding to the user code. |
