PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and reduce a working cost. SOLUTION: This electrode 54 has a pressuring side end face 58 which includes a pressuring part 62 by which a rectifier piece of an electric motor is force-fitted to a lead wire. An area in a range of a given angleθsurrounding a center 62A of the end face is larger than that of a part S with which the rectifier piece contacts and when a substrate part 56 is rotatedly displaced by an angleθaround the core 62, and the contacting part S does not overlap. Therefore, if the substrate part 56 is rotated by the angleθaround the core 62 after one or given numbers of welding operations are completed, a new point of the pressuring part 62 which is different from the points already used for the former weldings and wears and deteriorations are taken place, can be used for welding. Thereby, exchanging frequency and grinding frequency of the electrode 54 can be reduced, resulting in a cost reduction.
