HARDENING MATERIAL AND HARDENED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening material and a hardened body having high durability against the atmosphere, higher stability compared to Portland cement and capable of applying to from a high strength material such as for building to a high fluidity material for filing to a void without using a specific additive or a specific blending. SOLUTION: The hardening material having no hydration activity at normal temp. and pressure is composed of an alkali silicate or its aq. solution and calcium silicate having no hydration activity at normal temp. and pressure or a slurry containing the same. The hardened body is obtained by kneading an alkali silicate or its aq. solution and calcium silicate having no hydration activity at normal temp. and pressure or the slurry containing the same with water, an aggregate and one or more kinds selected from surfactants at need and aging and the matrix is composed substantially of calcium silicate hydrate and calcium silicate.
