<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity N folds by reducing the number of coils to 1/N in a brushless motor and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A manufacturing device is used to manufacture the stator of a brushless motor, in which the coils 1 to 3 of each phase are arranged in a symmetry position to each other on the rotating shaft of a discoidal rotor 8 and structured as a pair of coils electrically connected to each other. Here, the number of coils 1 to 3 of each phase is expressed as S/N pcs. (where N = an integer of 2 or larger, and S/N is an integer) and N pcs. of stators, in which all parts constituting the stators having the coils are arranged within the range of 1/N of 360 deg. centering the rotating shaft of the discoidal rotor 8, are manufactured at the same time.</p> |
