<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve protector, which is used for the stringing metal sheave method in overhead ground wire replacing and power cable replacing, to enable reduction in size and weight of metal sheaves used. SOLUTION: A sleeve protector 10 is formed of a cover member 14, having the both tapered ends to cover the sleeve 12 and a buffer member 20 interposed between the end portion of cover member 14 and electrical wires 16, 18 and the cover member 14 is divided along the longitudinal direction. Moreover, a band groove 24 is provided with a hole which pierce through the cover member 14.</p> |
