PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in assembling a handle unit as a drive source for opening-closing operation of window glass and also to take consistency in layout with the window glass. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a base plate 110 having a brake drum portion 111, a handle shaft 120 penetrating through the base plate, a brake spring 140 placed in the brake drum portion, and a spring hanger 160 fitted to the handle shaft. And it is also equipped with a spiral balance spring 170 elastically loaded between the spring hanger and the base plate, a wire drum 180 fitted to the handle shaft with a wire for opening and closing the window glass wound around its peripheral surface, and a handle unit having a housing 191 covering the wire drum and a cover fixed to the base plate. |
