摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joined compact composed of titanium or titanium alloy and an iron system material and, a joining method which is simple and has little shape restriction, making a continuous joining possible; hardly generates a chemical compound among frangible characteristic metals, while it is efficient even in the joining case of the thick members, and superior in corrosion resistance at a welded portion. SOLUTION: The joined compact of titanium or a titanium alloy and an iron system material is constituted in a way that a space between a titanium or a titanium alloy and the steel system material 2 is composed of the plural kinds of the welded metals. A copper alloy welding metal 3 is arranged at the titanium side and metal welded. In this case, a welding metal of the copper alloy 3 and then Ni system material 4 or Co system material are arranged in this order from the titanium side in the space between the titanium 1 or titanium alloy and the iron system material 2. Also, in between the titanium 1 or the titanium alloy and the iron system material 2, the copper alloy 3 and then Ni system material 4 or Co system material, the iron system material 5 of the welding metals are arranged in this order from the titanium side 1. Also, in this joined compact manufacturing method, the copper alloy welding metal being arranged at the titanium side is formed by MIG brazing at the joined compact of the titanium 1 or a titanium alloy and the iron system material 2.
