PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition having excellent processability, impact resistance, chemical resistance and stain resistance and used for decorative steel plates. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition for decorative steel plates comprises a polyester resin consisting mainly of ethylene terephthalate units and a copolyester resin consisting mainly of butylene terephthalate units and further containing a hydrogenated dimer acid as an acid component. A polycarbonate resin is preferably further compounded as the third component, and the polyester resin composition desirably further contains a hindered phenolic organic compound.
