FIELD: rocketry, applicable for destruction of powder charges of rocket engines and non-standard charges. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with a charge, igniter, cap, annular slotted channel. The repelling disk is fastened to the body by a rod framework. The means for holding the body under water is made in the form of a cable suspension attached to the floating object. The powder charge is destructed in the body immersed in refrigerant under the action of its hydrostatic pressure with build-up of back pressure in the body by means of pumped-in air.
