摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sedimentation of any recovered coating material in a recovery vessel and to dissolve captured coating materials from the mist capture members by dividing the recovery vessel into two divided vessels by a partition plate for separating two mist capture members, forming a hole for communicating coating materials in the divided vessels with each other on each of the right and left end sides of the partition plate and transferring the coating material in one divided vessel to the other divided vessel with impellers. SOLUTION: In a coating material recycling system, a driving device 2 for vertically driving two mist capture members 3 and 4 is placed above a suction hood 1 and the two mist capture members 3 and 4 are received in a recovery vessel 5 and entirely immersed in a coating material inside the vessel 5. Also, a partition plate 6 for separating the mist capture members 3 and 4 is placed inside the recovery vessel 5 so as to divide the recovery vessel 5 into two divided vessels, namely, a vessel A and a vessel B, and has a structure such that guide cylinders 10a and 10c can be disposed at the left and right end sides of the partition plate 6, respectively, and consists of partition plate parts 6a, 6b, 6c or the like. In the partition plate 6, a communication hole 10b for communicating the vessels A and B with each other is perforated in the partition plate part 6c on the left end side of the partition plate 6 in the figure, and further, an impeller 9 is placed along the inner periphery of the guide cylinder 10a fitted to the communication hole 10b. Thus, by rotating such impellers 9, the coating material in the recovery vessel 5 is circulated from the vessel A through the guide cylinder 10a, the vessel B and the guide cylinder 10c fitted to another similar communication hole on the right end side of the partition plate 6 and returned to the vessel A, to dissolve the captured mist by the mist capture members 3 and 4.</p>
