<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly mass-produce a proper film product without necessitating a knurling treatment or the like and complicating the constitution of a device by devising the setting of a target profile in the formation of a film necessitating aging. SOLUTION: In this molding method, a film extrusion molded from a flat die, the gap at the tip part of which is so constituted as to be adjusted with a plurality of die bolts, is set to be molded under the condition that its both edge parts become thicker than its remaining part and then taken up. In this case, the amounts of operations of a plurality of die bolts are calculated so as to increase the thickness D1 and D2 at both the end parts of the film by 0.5-10% from the thickness of the remaining part of the film so as to set these amounts of operations as a target profile.</p> |
