PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recognition management device which deals with an illegal access from a modem connection point and can confirm a proper access terminal. SOLUTION: A recognition server 10 holds at both ends a transmission history of token to be irregularly transmitted to a terminal during communication, and whether or not it is a proper terminal is confirmed by collating its history the time of a connection demand from the next time onwards. More specifically, the device is provided with a means for setting terminal IDs to be inherently allocated to each of terminals 20 and 30, a means for holding plural recognition tokens having the inherent IDs in the recognition server 10, a means for transmitting the same token from the recognition server 10 to a terminal being connected after recognition by a random schedule, a means for setting a token ID for transmission history registration and a recognition server transmission time onto the same token, a means for holding the same transmission history at both the recognition server and the terminal side, and a means for collating the same history between the recognition server and the terminals at the time of an access demand on the terminal side. |
