摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a sufficient cell gap and to make a formed spacer hard to fall off by setting the glass transition temperature of at least one of layers constituting the spacer within a specific range. SOLUTION: This substrate has the spacer fixed in a non-display area and the glass transition temperature of the spacer is <=250 deg.C, preferably, 100 to 205 deg.C and further preferably 150 to 200 deg.C. When a pixel part and the spacer part are made of the same material, the glass transition temperature of the spacer may be the glass transition temperature of the mixture of the spacer part and pixel part as to the glass transition temperature of the pixel part and spacer part. When the pixel part and spacer parts are made of different materials, the glass transition temperature of the pixel part may be measured and compared with plural glass transition temperatures obtained from the mixture of the pixel part and spacer part to obtain the glass transition temperature of the spacer.</p>
