<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one-component aq. vulcanizable fluororubber compsn. which has a long pot life and gives a vulcanized high-strength film at a relatively low temp. in a short time by compounding an aq. fluororubber dispersion with a basic polyol vulcanizing agent. SOLUTION: An aq. dispersion of a fluororubber, pref. an aq. dispersion of an elastic copolymer of vinylidene difluoride and at least one other fluorinated ethylenically unsatd. monomer copolymerizable therewith (e.g. hexafluoropropylene), is compounded with a basic polyol vulcanizing agent, pref. a salt of a polyol having a phenyl group and at least two OH groups, still pref. a salt of at least one polyol selected from among hydroquinone, bisphenol A, bisphenol AF, and resol phenol resins and at least one basic compd. selected from among ammonium, phosphonium, alkali or alkaline earth metal compds. If necessary, a fluororesin is further compounded.</p> |
