PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high speed web rotary press for selectively operating a single web or two webs in a perfecting printing mode or a non-perfecting printing mode. SOLUTION: A first impression cylinder 16 is provided. The cylinder 16 has a first various blanket cylinder 22 disposed along a peripheral surface of the cylinder 16, and a relative first plate cylinder 24. A second impression cylinder 18 is provided. The cylinder 18 is disposed adjacent to the cylinder 16. The cylinder 18 has a second various blanket cylinder 28 disposed along a periphery of the cylinder 18, and a relative second plate cylinder 30.
