The work is entered or transferred by the author or his representative transmission is encrypted using a key and the work validated by the filing authority. The latter sends a key encrypted acknowledgment to the author including a password, login and address. When the acknowledgment is received, the author can validate his work by clicking the address. After this access the address is deleted. After the second validation of the work by its author the work must then be transmitted immediately on a hard disc or several CD-ROMs, at least two of which must be sealed and inaccessible except if necessary in a legal case.
