<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To practically enhance mechanical intensity against impact from the outside without thickening a transparent plate when the transparent plate fixed to a frame is superposed, arranged on a display surface of a display and the frame is mechanically connected with the display or a casing of an information equipment in the equipment with the display. SOLUTION: A frame 12 to which a transparent input plate 8 (glass plate) is fixed of a coordinate input device is mechanically connected with a frame 13 of the display 11 at a connecting part 14 provided on the frame 12. The connecting part 14 is provided at a position opposed to the inside from the peripheral of the input plate 8 at the frame 12. Thus, since impact force is not concentrated and exerted on the end face at the peripheral with many microcracks of the input plate 8 when the impact is given from the outside, the mechanical intensity of the input plate 8 is practically enhanced without thickening the input plate 8.</p> |
