Safety fuel tank for vehicles

The safety device consists of a rigid metallic envelope (1), with a filling tube (9) and a outlet tube linked to the engine. A second flexible envelope (3) is fitted within the rigid envelope and contains the fuel. It is also connected to the filling pipe and to the outlet. A safety valve (10) is fitted into the filling pipe and is designed to close automatically under impact.
