PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a coil preparing line and a cold-rolling line without decreasing the efficiency of rolling work. SOLUTION: Between a steel strip connecting equipment to weld the tail end portion of a preceding steel strip 10 unwound and the leading end portion of a following steel strip directly or via a dummy material and to weld the dummy material to the end portions of steel strips and a reversible cold-rolling mill 13, the first winding/unwinding equipment 20 and the second winding/ unwinding equipment 11 supported by the same frame are arranged, so that both winding/unwinding equipment can be positionally changed. |
