PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a gear shift transient characteristic while accurately compensating the torque shift independently of the operating condition by providing a quick shift time compensating means for prohibiting the torque shift compensation of a feed forward control means in the case where the changed variable of a target achievement change gear ratio. SOLUTION: When a quick shift such as foot release up-shift is started, change gear ratio changing speed exceeds the predetermined value at a time T (K-n). During the time from the time (K-n) to a time T (K), namely after a control period (n) is passed, when an acceleration pedal is released, an achievement change gear ratio RTOmap is reduced to the predetermined valve at a Hi-side, and the change gear ratio changing speed is less than the predetermined value.
