PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of developer because of oxidation so as to secure stable photographing performance for a long time by using a material selected from a group of substances consisting of oxygen gas unpermeable PVC group elastomer, fluorine rubber, and polyolefine group resin as a material for a piping hose. SOLUTION: For securing not only chemical resistance of a hose but also oxidation resistance of liquid, tubes 30, 31, a supply pipeline 12L and a circulation pipeline 13L, which serve as piping hoses for processing liquid used in a photography developing device, are formed of material selected from a group of substances consisting of oxygen gas unpermeable PVC group elastomer, fluorine rubber, and polyolefine group resin. Therefore, excellent chemical resistance and gas barrier performance are provided to the hoses. When these hoses are used, deterioration of developer and the like due to the air can be prevented, so that stable photography performance can be secured for a long time. These hoses can be widely applied to piping hoses, which convey processing liquid for developing photography photosensitive material, for processing liquid.
